Pacific Health Infrastructure Programme
Evologic is currently leading a regional programme, supported by a UN agency, to deploy solar and battery energy systems at remote healthcare facilities across five Pacific Island countries: Fiji, Samoa, Kiribati, Solomon Islands, and Tuvalu.
The programme covers site assessment, identification and management of local installation partners, implementation oversight, government liaison, risk management, and project delivery — coordinating international agencies, national ministries, local contractors, suppliers, and remote communities throughout.
Deployments in Samoa and the Solomon Islands are complete and operating. Evologic represented the programme at the Samoa handover ceremony, and the work has been recognised by the supporting UN agency, national Ministries of Health, and local media.

Programme Design & Delivery
End-to-end leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure and development programmes — from initial feasibility and funding pathway through to physical delivery and handover. Evologic manages the full programme cycle: planning, coordination, risk management, implementation oversight, and formal handover to government counterparts or operating partners.
Stakeholder & Government Liaison
Coordination across donor agencies, national ministries, local contractors, suppliers, and communities, with particular experience operating in remote and logistically constrained Pacific environments. Evologic acts as the connective tissue between international funding partners and on-the-ground implementation.
Renewable Energy Infrastructure
Deployment of solar and battery energy systems for off-grid and resilience-critical sites, including site assessment, local partner identification and management, procurement oversight, and implementation management. Particular experience in healthcare, community, and remote facility applications.
Climate Finance & Blue Carbon
Development of climate finance pathways, blue carbon and natural capital projects, and environmental monitoring platforms for sustainable ocean and ecosystem initiatives. Evologic identifies funding opportunities, structures projects for international climate finance mechanisms, and leads development through to investment-ready stage.
Environmental Intelligence & Monitoring
Design and deployment of environmental intelligence platforms and monitoring systems to support climate resilience planning, natural capital assessment, and ocean health tracking across the Pacific region.
